  First combined Diva Angel Ride was held on Sunday, May 15th. 33 bikes with over 40 riders from both Tampa Bay and Gulf Coast chapters, along with guests. A great time was had by all. Thanks to Verna for providing the route and road captains and to Holly for arranging raffle prizes and other arrangements.
  Safety Tip-USE YOUR TURN SIGNALS so others know your plans. Remember to turn them off as well.

  Sign up sheet passed around for sign ups to man the booth on July 2, 2005 at the Offshore Grand Prix. We will have a booth set up to promote our group and new membership. ·
• Poker Run Date was set. November 20, 2005. Start and stop times were discussed as well as a few other details, and it was determined that we definitely need a Poker Run committee that can make certain decisions regarding the run. A sign up sheet was passed around for volunteers. Not all need to be on the committee; however involvement will be need from everyone to make this successful.
• Nominations for the charities were taken. We would like each charity to come in and give a brief presentation of their group. Those members who nominated should contact someone from the organization and arrange with Marsha to get them on the agenda at an upcoming meeting.

• Mileage Contest Update. Tricia DeToni- Wallet cards have been printed up, however Sandy forgot to bring them. The contest started May 1, 2005 and will run through Nov 1, 2005. We will use the honor system to record your mileage, so far only a few members have remembered to write down their mileage as of May 1. Document your's asap and E-mail Tricia with your mileage, and she will keep the list. ·
• Treasurer's Report-Sandy Brandt Balance in checking account $342.22 ·
• Power of One drawing *Guest winner - Micki Burks won flowers, she was the guest of Tina Burks who won the $25 gift certificate to Steak and Ale ·
• 50/50 Winner: Lynne Eilerman who donated all but $5.00 back, which she kept to pay for her drink ·
• Marsha was presented with a card and flowers and told to get well soon after her accident ·
• New Business Lynne Eilerman spoke of an Article in the June issue of Time magazine "How Females today are handling the Mid-Life Crisis" A very interesting article that mention that in todays society women are not having mid-life crisis's. They are doing something with their live's, and it mentioned some are learning to ride motorcycles. Many of us did this same thing. ·
• Tina mentioned for a fund raiser, we could have a Lia Sophia jewelry party with the earning Totsie would make being donated back to our chapter, with the exception of the taxes she will have to pay. It was agreed to do this. Tina will come up with a date at next meeting. ·
