- Good news sharing started when meeting called to order at 6:38PM
- Lori was introduced as a visitor of Sharon’s
- Loretta is getting her Master’s degree
- Donna D—Featured in International Equity magazine
- Teresa—Sister-in-law saw advertisement for Poker Run
- Sandy—Sent an E-mail about her trip—8237 miles
- Lynne—Thank you for all the support and cards
- Donna Ryder—update on husband and expressed that this is the best organization she knows for support when you need it
- Sarah—has her book with her to sell
- Also an update on Candy and address supplied for those who want to send a card.
- Birthdays recognized
- Donna DeFant—Media update
- Marsha brought up the consistency of Donna D over the years
- Lynne—membership—New Trifolds—keep recruiting
- Candy—absent so no Treasurer report
- Susan B—9/22 KSU at 9:30 at the Cracker Barrel on SR-64---Meet for breakfast at 8:30AM
- 9/23—Pasco/Tampa Poker run
- Update on Candle party fund raiser—still able to order
- Tanya—clothing update
- Cynthia—should have a clothing order by Friday
- Donna DuBord—50/50 Rita McClain won the drawing
- Two Aces VIP tickets winners—Cynthia and Brenda S.
- Sarah—reported on the Law Enforcement Academy and the TIP of the day is Snow Birds are prone to sudden stops so make sure you know how to use your brakes when someone stops in front of you or opens a door outward
- Rita—Power of One—flowers given to Lori
- Director’s group—Met at Snook River Grill and received a $20 gift certificate from them and then $100 from Zio’s
- Rita needs basket donations by October 1st if possible so they are finished by October 5th
- There will be another Poker run meeting out in E-mail
